I’ve had the pleasure of working with Monika from Hello Brielle for about 6 months now. Actually, we’ve worked together much longer than that, but in a different job.  I had my son and quit raise him; about a year later she had her daughter and quit to raise her.  I knew of her interest in graphic design, so when I wanted to start up event planning, I called her to see if she wanted to do all the printables.  And so we formed a little partnership and have been throwing fun parties ever since.

Well Monika’s daughter just turned one, and of course, we had to throw her an amazing party.  Monika did all the prep work for the party–my big contribution was telling her she was doing a great job.  And she did!  I love the hot air balloon theme, all the bright colors and all the yummy cookies (did I mention this was a cookies & milk party?).  It’s one of my favorites to date, especially because I had so little work to do.  My job was to take all her ideas and decoration and create the tablescape.  I also took most of the photos with my old, sad camera (sorry for the poor quality shots).
